• The Entry Barrier ($0 – $11,999): No time is spent on the roof. If the total is even a dollar under $12,000, the LEADERS stay on the ground.

• The Minimum Milestone ($12,000): This "unlocks" the challenge. Reaching this base amount automatically triggers 12 hours on the roof.

• The Scaling Phase ($13,000 – $24,000): Every additional $1,000 raised adds exactly 1 hour to the clock. Example: $15,000 raised = 15 hours on the roof.

• The Ceiling ($24,000+): The time is capped at 24 hours. Even if the community raises $30,000, the LEADERS will spend a maximum of one full day (24 hours) on the roof.
