How Fund-Team.Com Operates 

A fundraising drive with Fund-Team.com for school clubs, like the band, sports teams, academic clubs, or civic organizations, will begin by signing up as a campaign organizer. The next step is to complete the form for your fundraising campaign. The app will then create the campaign for you and provide you with a sign-up link that you can forward to team members when you hold a team sign-up meeting. 

When you schedule the sign-up meeting for your team, ensure each member has a printed blank donor list to add their potential donors’ email addresses, as well as the sign-up link, which you can send through email, text, etc. At the meeting, team members will click the sign-up link to join the campaign, upload a picture, and add family and friends' names and emails

The team sign-up meeting will not take very long, about 20-30 minutes. Instruct the students about participation and have them sign up using their smartphones or another device. Two key points to remember for this meeting include: 

  • With all team members on the school's Wi-Fi, it might be pushed passed its limits, so if this issue arises,
    make sure that the affected students turn off their Wi-Fi;
