School Fundraising Options

School Pride Merchandise

School-branded merchandise is a great way to raise money while elevating pride in the school and its performance. T-shirts, hoodies, duffles, water bottles, lanyards, and even socks will be hot commodities in the school store - in-person or online.

School Seasonal Festival

A seasonal festival—fall, spring, winter, or summer—is another excellent fundraiser idea to increase the community school's spirit. Food, fun, and fundraising go together. This event will require time to plan and recruit resources for food, games, and prizes. Remember to plaster the community with advertisements for the festival—flyers, social media, and more. 

Local Sponsorships

Business sponsorships require work on the front end, reaching out and recruiting, with more rewards later. Offer sponsorship levels with varying levels of visibility in response to the donation level. Whether the company's name is on signage, correspondence, or plaques located permanently around the school grounds will depend on the business's or individual's generosity. This option is an excellent way to memorialize a loved one who has passed and supported the school or as a gift for a retiring educator or recent graduate.

Virtual Donation Drive

Donations are direct. You don't have to obligate family members and friends to make purchases or attend events that don't interest them. Online donation drives open the avenue to all potential supporters, even those who live far away and cannot participate in sales and events. Fund-Team.com provides an avenue with better results and a more significant portion of the return retained by the school. 

Online donation requests through Fund-Team.com are simple, secure, and streamlined fundraising avenues. 

Fund-Team.com’s process:

  1. Participants enter the email addresses and mobile phone numbers of family members, friends, and community members interested in financially supporting the school's work. 
  2. The rest is up to us. We will send automatic emails and texts to request donations on the school's behalf. These requests will include a headshot and personal message of the student connected to the recipient. 
  3. Each user will also get a link to share on social media, and we’ll provide a link for the school’s website and social feeds. These unique links can be tracked, as can the other donations. 
  4. The fees involved are basic: there is no setup fee, no minimum amount to raise, 5% for us, and ~3% for the payment processors. You'll keep ~92% of the donations made. We accept payments through debit/credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
