Fund-Team.com is an online fundraising platform for school teams, booster clubs, bands, cheer squads, dance teams, and student organizations across the United States. It charges a flat 5% commission — compared to 20–30% at many competing platforms — with no setup fees, no fundraising minimums, and no salespeople. Setup takes approximately 10 minutes.
Fund-Team.com helps school teams and youth organizations raise money online without selling products. Each participant gets a personal fundraising page with a unique shareable link. They invite friends, family, and supporters to donate online by email, text, or social media. The platform handles payment processing, donor communication, and fund distribution.
Donations are accepted by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No donor account is required. Funds are distributed to the organization when the campaign ends — 80% the day the campaign closes, and the remaining 20% after 60 days once all transactions clear.
Fund-Team.com charges a flat 5% commission on all campaigns — the same rate for a 10-person team as for a 300-person program. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no fundraising minimums. Credit card processing fees (typically around 3%) are charged by the payment processor and are separate from Fund-Team.com's commission.
This model was a deliberate choice. Competing platforms commonly charge 20–30% commission, often because they employ commissioned salespeople whose compensation comes directly from the fees charged to organizations. Fund-Team.com has no salespeople. The savings are passed to the teams.

Fund-Team.com was founded by Mike Panoff, a software engineer and booster parent based in Austin, Texas. Mike built the platform originally for his daughters' teams at Vandegrift High School in Leander ISD after discovering that existing online fundraising platforms charged 20–30% commission on donations. His goal was to create a legitimate, well-built alternative that kept far more money with the teams.
The platform launched in 2017 and grew primarily through word of mouth. It remains founder-operated and community-focused. Read the full story.
